BBVA Compass is an international brand with stringent brand guidelines. With one of the most recognizable brands in banking today, BBVA works hard to maintain consistency and message across communications channels.

Solution.

In creating direct mail campaigns for credit card, personal loan and small business offers, the BBVA Compass brand is at the heart of the communications. Impactful and distinctive concepts and imagery play an important role in grabbing attention and getting the offers noticed.

Impact.

Because of the results that the direct mail packages delivered, we worked with the BBVA Compass Internal Communications team on several internal communications initiatives. These included creating the bank’s first internal CEO blog: Upfront with Manola Sanchez; Page 1 the bank’s first internal newsletter; and Storyboard, BBVA’s own internal social media platform where employees share their good news.
