Vision.

When financial institutions roll out new technology, it’s often met with customer resistance even though it’s a better, more convenient solution. As FirstBank planned to introduce the next generation of digital banking, we helped them find ways to dispel customers’ reticence by helping them see the benefits.

Solution.

A well planned communications campaign was targeted to customers over the summer and weeks ahead of the new digital banking roll out. Customers were directed to a robust landing page with how to tutorial and feature videos, a conversion time line and FAQ.

Impact.

The launch plan was successful and the day of the switch went smoothly. Next, FirstBank targeted current customers not utilizing their digital banking platform as well as prospective new customers by focusing attention on their highly accessible, customer-focused “better connection” banking experience.
