BXS Insurance, a division of BancorpSouth Bank, turned to Hip Brand to create print, digital and search campaigns for their personal and business insurance lines that would build brand awareness and attract new customers. But to do that they needed to establish a rapport with customers nervous about choosing the right insurance company and products.

Solution.

We developed creative concepts and imagery designed to not only grab the attention of individuals as well as business owners but to establish a level of trust in BXS Insurance. We highlighted the emotional as well as financial benefits offered by the scope and strength of their coverage. This made customers see BXS as the user friendly and bottom-line friendly choice of insurance carrier.

Impact.

The B2B and B2C campaigns communicated that BXS Insurance would protect you when it mattered most leaving you free to thrive and live each moment. They did this in ways that made the insurance company seem both relatable and reliable and were successful in creating awareness and converting prospects into customers.
