Vision.
Throughout 2025, we helped Heritage Valley Federal Credit Union in York, Pa., celebrate their 90th year, for both internal and external audiences. The excitement built, and at the end of 2025, the local credit union celebrated another milestone. The year was capped off with their largest growth in 90 years in member shares, loans and total assets. In 2026, the goal is to continue to build on this success positioning Heritage Valley as the “go to” credit union in York with marketing strategies designed to spur their continued growth.
Solution.
Following the 90 Years of Heritage marketing push in 2025, we felt it was important to launch a campaign in early 2026 that would position the Heritage Valley brand in a strong, fresh way. While the new campaign still focuses on the credit union’s great auto and home equity rates, it also communicates the advantages of being a member of a credit union vs a bank. We wanted to remind those in search of a better banking experience that the local credit union difference is real. And also, to differentiate Heritage Valley from other FI’s in the market.
Impact.
In 2026, we hit the ground running with a distinctive new brand look designed to appeal to and attract younger members. We also added business banking brand messaging into the mix because attracting York’s business owners who need a better banking relationship is an important new strategy. The campaign has Heritage Valley off to a great start on both digital media and social platforms with outdoor rounding out the media mix. Search engine marketing will remain an important focus in 2026 to target and attract new members.
