PrimeSouth Bank plays an active role in the success stories that build their communities. They highlight these partnerships in an annual customer series print campaign featuring local photography that runs in various newspapers and magazines in the towns they serve. To boost the effectiveness of the campaign and reach more people, we took a multi-channel media approach.


Since print ads have limited reach, we recommended an interactive, digital microsite that would feature the partner stories from all markets. This way, customers and prospective customers can be exposed to not just the partner stories from their market, but they can read multiple stories. From the microsite, they can connect directly to a local banker who can help get their business idea off the ground or help their existing business take the next big step.


Throughout their bank footprint, PrimeSouth is turning dreams into the businesses that turn small towns into thriving communities. The Prime Community Builders microsite is a digital platform that boosts the reach of the print campaign and helps share the partner stories that turned the page for their communities. Before launching the new microsite externally, we rolled it out first internally to build pride and excitement among PrimeSouth associates.
